How was my price determined for the October 2008 trip?
The house is advertised as $250 per weeknight and $275 per weekend (Thursday counts as a weekend). A $300 security deposit (fully refundable within 7 days of checkout) is required to confirm dates which was paid by you and me. The remaining balance ($700.65) is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival (August 27th, 2008 this date might change once I get the official rent agreement from the home owner. He is sending it to me on Monday morning).
There is a $150 cleaning fee as well as 8% tax added to the final total. We received a 15% discount for our dates so here's the math below.
5 nights ($1350) - 15% ($202.50) = $1147.50 + Cleaning Fees ($150) = $1297.50
Final Total ($1297.50) * 8% Tax (%103.80) = $1401.30 for our total stay.
$1401.30 / Number of People (7) = $200.19 per person
$200.19 per person / Number of Nights (5) = $40.04 per person per night

All prices are quoted at the best price available at the time you make the reservation. VACATIONERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO SECURE THEIR STAY QUOTED TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUALS' TRIP. DEADLINES ARE SERIOUS! YOU MUST MAKE YOUR DEADLINES! NO REFUNDS! Your reservation will be confirmed upon your deposit and confirmation from Kevin Watts and Jaryell Espiritu, and thus any revisions made to the booking after that time will be subject to change fees and availability.
What are the rules of the house?
LVstyles.com are privileged to share access to outstanding Rental Homes with state-of-the-art resources. As part of the community, we share in the responsibility for taking care of it and making it a safe, pleasant environment for all. These guidelines are designed to insure that we get the best use of our space over the long run. They are intended to help newcomers learn the ropes as well as to affirm the standards by which members of the community are governed.

House Security
Keys to the house will be our responsibility as well as your privilege. Don't lend them to anyone. Also, don't allow anyone to enter the building "with you" unless they are authorized to use the facilities. If you see someone unfamiliar in the home outside, please ask them politely if you can help them and notify case of a potential or actual problem. Don't prop doors open; if you see a prop, remove it, and if you see a door that should be locked, lock it, etc. Windows on ground level should be closed at night. If you use a key to open locked doors, you assume responsibility for that facility. Be sure the door stays locked when you leave.
Cleaning Up
Please clean up after yourself, especially (but not exclusively) the kitchen and dining areas. Please do not let trash accumulate in the house, particularly food and drink products, since this will attract unwanted pests. Feel free to volunteer to help clean up after social events. Please note that eating and drinking in the rooms is prohibited.
Supplies
Please ask fellow vacationers for necessary supplies. Don't lend or give away items. Our supply budget is limited and must be used wisely. All vacationers are responsible for providing their own supplies for their trip.
Telephone Calls
LVstyles.com discourages the use of the house telephone system for personal calls. Please do your best to minimize such calls.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside home. Smoking outside will be restricted to designated areas.
Observing the Rights of Others
Our community is comprised of males and females of many ethnic backgrounds. Every member of our community is expected to respect the rights of others at all times. Please refrain from the open display of materials or expression of speech that may be found offensive or disruptive.
